The 20G Carbon Steel Economizer Membrane Water Wall Panel is manufactured to GB5310 standard using high-quality 20G seamless boiler tubes with φ38*4mm dimensions. This panel offers a cost-effective and reliable solution for economizer sections and low-temperature zones in Chinese-standard utility and industrial boilers.
Fabricated from 20G carbon steel seamless tubes in accordance with GB5310 (Seamless Steel Tubes and Pipes for High Pressure Boiler). 20G is the Chinese standard equivalent to SA210 Gr.A1, offering excellent weldability and proven performance in boiler economizer applications. Q235B membrane bars are joined to tubes via high-frequency resistance welding (HFRW) for a continuous gas-tight seal.
Chemical composition and mechanical properties verified per GB5310 requirements. Tube flattening and flaring tests performed on each heat. 100% hydrostatic testing at 1.5x design pressure. Full material traceability with mill test certificates provided.
