The DZH series of new boilers are single-drum horizontal water-tube boilers with a movable grate combustion system. They are highly adaptable to various fuels, including biomass pellets, bituminous coal, anthracite, and a mixture of biomass and coal. The structure is scientifically designed: the water-cooled walls on both sides of the furnace serve as radiant heating surfaces, while the wing walls and internal threaded flue tubes of the boiler drum form a powerful convective heating surface. The front and rear arches are constructed of integrally cast heat-resistant concrete, offering high strength, high temperature resistance, and anti-stripping properties. The outer shell uses a three-dimensional protective panel for both insulation and aesthetics. Integrating advanced technologies such as arched tube sheets, threaded flue tubes, and a figure-eight flue gas flow path, the DZH series boilers completely solve the persistent problems of traditional shell-type boilers, such as tube sheet cracking, drum bulging, water-cooled wall tube rupture, low thermal efficiency, and insufficient output. Actual measured thermal efficiency is consistently ≥82%.
