1). Anti-corrosion performance: The fin tube is sprayed with a special anti-corrosion liquid on the inner wall of the raw material to isolate the direct contact between the heat medium and the inner wall of the radiator, and the outer wall is treated with anti-rust paint, silver powder or hot-dip galvanizing to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the radiator. 2). Wear resistance: The wall thickness of fin tubes is generally more than 3.5mm, which can be made according to user needs, and the thick steel tubes improve the wear resistance of finned tubes;

3). Low contact thermal resistance: the fin tube is usually made in a spiral shape in the processing process, and the spiral processing method increases the contact area between the fin tube and the air, and reduces the contact thermal resistance of the fin tube;

4). Anti-dust accumulation performance: The fin tube has excellent anti-dust accumulation performance and it is a heat dissipation pipe that is relatively easy to clean.

Packing and Shipping

        The boiler fin tubes are packaged in wooden crates or cartons, with each tube wrapped with an individual cardboard sleeve. The crates are then placed on a pallet and covered with a waterproof tarp to ensure the safety of the tubes during shipping.

The shipping method will depend on the size and quantity of the order. For smaller orders, the boiler fin tubes are shipped via small package carriers such as UPS or FedEx. For larger orders, the tubes are shipped via freight carriers such as R&L Carriers or Estes Express.
