BN-8033 Laboratory High Temperature High Pressure Paper Rolling Calender for Sheet Materials

BN-8033 laboratory calender is a roller pressing equipment specially used for the calendering process of thin sheet materials. According to the different characteristics of the materials, the calendering effect is controlled by different roller widths, different roller pressures, different roller temperatures, different roller distances and other conditions. This series of equipment adopts ultra-high precision configuration to ensure accurate roller thickness, balanced pressure and precise temperature control.

This series of calenders is designed for calendering of various thin sheet materials, and the temperature is usually between 150~350°C. The heating roller of the bottom roller of the equipment is made of rust-proof and super-hard steel.

There are many types of replaceable surface rollers, made of steel or polymer materials, high-gloss polished, and equipped with high-temperature protective covers. Functions Equipped with a touch screen control platform, you can set the rolling conditions on the control platform. After the equipment is started, turn on the heating switch, the roller starts to heat and enters the operating state.

After the equipment reaches the set temperature, it enters the constant temperature state. Adjust the roller press to make the pressure reach the set pressure.

Set the roller speed and cut a strip from the sample as a reference sample for the experiment, then put the sample into the calender for calendering.

The sample is rolled into the roller at a set speed and passes through the roller, so that the sample is calendered at a set pressure and the surface becomes smooth. The smoothness tester can be used to measure and compare the calendered sample and the previously reserved cut strip.
