At this time, if the high pressure fuel pipe is touched by hand, no pulsation or pulsation of diesel oil is felt. If the needle valve is stuck, there will be particulate matter in the oil and residual iron in the injector, which will cause the cylinder injector to malfunction or not work. At this time, the needle valve assembly should be cleaned and assembled again.

ERIKC Answer:If it is found that the injection pressure of the injector is insufficient for the expansion of the injection hole, for a single-hole pin type injector, a steel ball with a diameter of 4 to 5 mm can be placed at the hole end and tapped with a hammer to make The injection hole produces plastic deformation locally to narrow the hole diameter. For the multi-hole direct injector, because of its large number of holes and small hole diameter, it can only be tapped with a special punch on the end of the hole. If the technical requirements are still not met after replacement, replace the needle valve assembly.
