For long-term storage of the diesel engine, the injector should be unloaded and immersed in clean diesel oil to prevent the needle valve from corroding and cannot be flexibly opened or closed.

ERIKC Answer:Due to the high precision of the needle valve coupling and the small diameter of the injector orifice, it is necessary to use the specified grade of clean diesel fuel in strict accordance with seasonal changes, and to regularly maintain the diesel filter, often discharging the filter and Precipitated oil in the tank to prevent the intrusion of dust and impurities to accelerate the wear of the needle valve. FAQ: common problems with fuel Injector return pipe damaged
ERIKC Answer: When the needle valve wear is serious or the needle valve body is not tight enough with the injector housing, the oil return of the injector increases significantly, and some can reach 0.1 to 0.3 kg/h. If the return pipe is damaged or missing, the return oil will be wasted, causing waste. Therefore, the return pipe must be intact and sealed so that the return oil can smoothly flow into the tank. If the return pipe is connected to a diesel filter, a one-way valve shall be provided at the terminal to prevent diesel oil in the filter from flowing back into the injector.
