Due to material reasons, the hardness of the spring saddle is not enough, resulting in its lower The needle valve of the rod is quickly depressed under the high-frequency impact, and the depression of the spring saddle rod reduces the compression amount of the pressure regulating spring; it also reduces the downward pressure of the pressure regulating spring on the needle valve and reduces the opening pressure of the needle valve. The atomizer quality of the injector has a great influence. To make the fuel drop into the cylinder can not be fully burned, along the cylinder wall into the oil pan, mixed with the oil, resulting in oil dilution.
Treatment measures: (1) The quality of fuel injector spring saddle is often not noticed. The manufacturer must select the material and processing technology according to the design requirements.
