Instruction :
The automatic double side labeling machine is applicable to the single-sided and double side labeling of flat bottles, special-shaped bottles and square bottles in daily chemical, household chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other light industry industries. The optional color matching belt coding machine can print the production batch number, production date and other information at the same time, realize the integration of labeling and coding, reduce the packaging process and improve the production efficiency. Applicable to self-adhesive label, self-adhesive film, electronic supervision code, bar code, QR code label, transparent label, etc. The equipment has high stability, good labeling effect, no bubbles and folds, and the labeling accuracy is ± 1mm.
Main Feature
1. This machine is applied to flat bottle ,shower jel, soya souce bottle etc.
2. PLC control, full-automatic workingTouch-screen control panel, easy operate l The inaccurate labeling is eliminated because of the structure of three rollers capable of locating labeling position. Any labeling post can be realized, AB symmetric labeling, with the fixed point and position labeling (need to increase position electric eye and product positioning)
3. The machine structure adopts enhanced rigidity design, make the machine own a simple, elegant and stable appearance.
4.The machine can be assemble positioning electric eyes and pressure inflatable, greatly improving the precision of thin and transparent bottle label
