Working Principle of Water Packaging Bottle Machine
Bottle Sorting and Conveying
Disorganized or single-file plastic bottles are arranged into neat rows by sorting machines or conveyor belts, then grouped according to preset patterns.
Bag Retrieval and Opening
Robotic arms or suction cups precisely retrieve pre-made packaging bags from storage. Opening devices using grippers and air pressure fully open and secure bag openings.
Bagging and Bottling
Grouped bottles are smoothly pushed or placed into pre-opened bags by pusher or gripper mechanisms. Equipment design maintains bottle upright position to prevent tipping.
Bag Release and Sealing
