The bottle sorting machine is an automated bottle sorting and orientation device designed for empty plastic bottles. It organizes randomly stacked bottles into a uniform upright position and continuously conveys them to the filling production line, serving as a core front-end support device for beverage, personal care, food, and packaging production lines.
This machine is compatible with plastic containers made of various materials—including PET, HDPE, and PP bottles—as well as those of different capacities and shapes. It automatically performs loading, sorting, orientation correction, and bottle separation and conveyance, replacing manual bottle sorting operations.
With a production capacity of 12,000 BPH, it features automatic shutdown when the hopper is full and automatic restart when bottles are low. Equipped with a PLC + touchscreen control system, it operates stably, has a low bottle breakage rate, and allows for convenient parameter adjustment.
The equipment features a compact frame structure with a small footprint and can seamlessly integrate with capping and labeling equipment, enhancing the automation level of the entire packaging line, reducing labor costs, and eliminating secondary contamination caused by manual bottle sorting.
