This automatic bottle cap assembly machine is specifically designed for the food, beverage, cosmetics, and chemical packaging industries. It automates the entire process—from bottle cap feeding and positioning to the precise assembly of multi-component bottle caps.
Featuring a fully enclosed, food-grade stainless steel structure and an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen control system, the machine eliminates bottlenecks associated with manual bottle cap assembly, reduces the risk of contamination, and ensures uncompromising assembly precision.
How the Equipment Works
1.Bulk Loading & Lifting:The operator pours bulk lid components into the elevator hopper. The elevator, equipped with inclined scrapers, conveys the material in measured quantities to the upper section.
2.Sorting & Orientation:The material enters the vibrating feeder or mechanical cap-sorting tray, where it undergoes physical trajectory sorting to ensure that all caps are aligned in the same direction before entering the conveyor track.
3.Rotary Interlocking Assembly:The machine’s multi-station rotary table uses a precision cam mechanism or servo drive to precisely align two or more lid components during high-speed operation, and completes the pressing or screwing process via pneumatic or mechanical interference fits.
4.Smart Inspection & Discharge:An integrated sensor checks the completeness of the assembly, rejects non-conforming products, and conveys the finished products to the next packaging process.
