This Bottle Packing Machine is a fully automatic film-wrapping machine for palletizing stacks of empty plastic bottles, specifically designed for blow molding plants and manufacturers of personal care and chemical containers.
As a professional industrial Bottle Packing Machine, it provides a one-stop solution for the entire production process, including automatic stacking and alignment of empty plastic bottles, PE film unwinding and wrapping, constant-temperature heat sealing, precise cutting, and automatic discharge of finished products.
This intelligent Bottle Packing Machine features a fully enclosed, high-hardness metal protective housing with large, high-transparency viewing windows. It is equipped with a PLC-based servo touchscreen control system and a segmented, constant-temperature hot-air heat-sealing chamber integrated with a fully enclosed safety housing, supporting 24-hour continuous, uninterrupted production.
The entire production line can be operated by a single person, who is only required to assist with changing the packaging film. It completely replaces the traditional manual bagging process, effectively reducing labor costs while providing dust-proof, moisture-proof, and scratch-resistant sealed wrapping for the entire stack of empty bottles, resulting in neat, standardized and aesthetically pleasing finished packaging products.
