The fully automatic bottle cap gasket insertion machine is specifically designed for the mass production of pressed-in gaskets for plastic bottle caps and is compatible with round, square, and irregularly shaped bottle caps.
The complete gasket insertion system integrates a bottle cap lifting and sorting mechanism, a vibrating gasket feeder, a precision gasket pressing station, and a finished product discharge conveyor line, fully replacing the manual gasket insertion process.
The machine features a 304 stainless steel body and a transparent safety guard, meeting the production standards for food and cosmetics cleanrooms. It is compatible with various gasket materials, including PE foam, EVA, and aluminum foil, and is suitable for a wide range of plastic bottle caps, such as those used on mineral water bottles and cosmetic jars, processing multiple cap types with exceptional speed and reliability.
The fully automatic bottle cap gasket inserter is equipped with PLC touchscreen-based intelligent control, allowing for flexible adjustment of production speed, stable operation, and a low failure rate.
