This automatic sorting and lifting feeder consists of two core components: a hopper and a climbing feeding unit. It is specifically designed for the automatic sorting and oriented conveyance of loose workpieces and is suitable for a wide range of non-standard material handling scenarios.
Operators manually load materials into the hopper in advance. The equipment uses built-in photoelectric sensors in the centrifugal disc to monitor material levels in real time and automatically controls the machine's start and stop via a variable-frequency drive system, ensuring stable, automated feeding. The lifting mechanism continuously conveys materials to the top discharge station, where they enter the centrifugal sorting process.
The inner centrifugal disc rotates at high speed, using centrifugal force to disperse materials piled in the center and push them toward the outer disc, thereby breaking up stacked workpieces. The outer disc is made of food-grade PE plastic, which not only increases the spacing between materials but also guides them to prevent slipping, while simultaneously dampening impact noise. It features wear resistance and sealed protection.
After the materials are dispersed by the inner and outer discs, photoelectric detection components or guide baffles can be selected at the junction of the outer disc and the discharge port based on the materials' shape and material properties. The system can identify the orientation (right-side up or upside down) and differences in center of gravity of the materials. Combined with compressed air or a high-pressure blower, it enables customized sorting and screening, ensuring that materials are discharged in an orderly manner with a uniform orientation.
