This fully automatic plastic bottle bagging machine integrates conveying, bottle feeding, bottle transfer, bagging, and counting/arrangement mechanisms. Whether handling lightweight plastic bottles or large-capacity, thick-walled bottles, the system ensures smooth, high-speed robotic gripping and handling.
Featuring a highly efficient horizontal sealing design, this technology optimizes the motion path of traditional cutting and sealing processes. It significantly reduces the cycle time per operation, enabling truly high-speed continuous operation.
This equipment breaks through the limitations of traditional packaging machines regarding bottle shapes and capacities, covering the full range from 100 milliliters to 5 liters with quick changeover and adjustment. Combined with an intelligent automatic bag feeding system, it eliminates the need for frequent manual intervention, performing the entire process—from pulling the bag, opening it, filling the bottle, to sealing—in one seamless operation, thereby significantly reducing labor costs.
