>>>Working process:

★The glass bottle rises slowly with the lifting mechanism. After close contact with the sealing washer under the isobaric filling valve, the fork installed above the isobaric cylinder is activated. At this time, the gas inside the bottle begins to be filled. When the pressure inside the bottle and the pressure inside the cylinder reach the same level, the carbon in the cylinder. After filling the sour beverage, the upper fork is closed and the filling stops. Under the action of pressure difference, the filling valve automatically closes and the filling operation stops. However, before the bottle mouth is separated from the filling valve mouth, a device will release the gas at the bottle mouth to prevent the carbonated beverage from ejecting and after releasing the gas, the whole process will be completed. The isobaric filling process is completed.

>>>Our machine have so many characteristics:

★1, Accurate level control: the level in the filling cylinder is determined by the probe level meter, and the intake of the intake pipe is controlled automatically by the variable signal to ensure that the level in the cylinder is consistent throughout the filling process.
★2, Accurate speed regulation: Advanced motor frequency modulation control technology is used to make the speed regulation of the machine accurate and stable in start-up and production, and to display the filling speed digitally. The whole machine is controlled by PC program with high degree of automation.

Bottle Filling
1)The rotate plate is made of SUS 304, large flat toothed bearing.
2)The filling system has a CIP circulation system to wash the pipeline. This system can clean the liquid pipe, liquid tank and filling valve etc. effectively. 3)This filling system has an automatic temperature control system. 4)The filling valve opens and begins filling whenthe pressure is balance between inside bottle and liquid tank, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling. 5)The liquid supply adopts the automatic pneumatic valve magnetic liquid-level switch to control the liquid tank automatically.
