Decription of XGF4-4-1 Pure drinking water PET bottle 3 in 1 bottling line

Working process:
The whole process of bottle washer filler capper line is combined with 3 machines of different functions in one frame. General control of PLC, several photo electricity and several cylinders.

★ The empty bottles will be sent to washer of monobloc filling machine through belt conveyor, 4 bottles per shift, each 4 bottles will be calculated and stopped by sensor-cylinder, and 4 bottles will be clamped by clamps at holding neck positions; The bottles will be reversed for bottle rinsing;

★ Rinsing time and rinsing water capacity is adjustable;

★ The washed bottles will be sent to filler by conveyor, Block cylinder block 4 bottles in filler conveyor; push cylinder will push bottles under filler, lift cylinder will take bottles to filler heads, open filling value, filling start. The filling is gravity filling; it is easy to control precision. After this process, the bottles will be returned back to conveyor by reverse repeat.

★A, Advanced design of monobloc filling machine: 1, East for changing bottles within minutes; 2, Flowmeter is the heart of the machine, is with special design, it can do correct filling, no need cleaning; 3, Strong point of the machine is the machine can fill liquid and also semi-liquid. 4,Easy filling volume change by PLC –touch screen; 5, Capacity is selective;

★B, Special filling method: 1, The filling volume is controlled by volume, is quite precision, when the container is arriving at the set position, the plunger will generate precision pressure; 2, When there is foam generate during filling, the filling method can be adjusted, the filling head can go into bottle bottom to fill; 3, The machine is set with automatic absorbing system, the extra liquid will be absorbed into filling head, no liquid will be outside of bottle and in filing machine;

★C, Precise control: 1, Precision:: ±0.3% 2, No bottle , no filling

Parameters: Filling range: 1000-6000ml Air compression: 0.25-0.35Mpa 0.1M3/min

Principle:

★ The bottle washer filler capper line is used for capping for plastic screw caps, it includes auto cap loader and capping system 2 parts. Workers put bulk qty caps into cap loader, the cap loader will unscramble caps automatically and bring caps down in cap rail and then to capping head. Cap loader can hold more than 200pcs of caps each time, it will be convenient for adding caps often. The cap loading system is with cap anti-reverse device, the cap will be returned back to cap loader again when there is reverse cap.

★ We use cap catching capping system, When capping head catch cap, it will go down to bottle mouth and finish capping.

★ The capping head is by Italian magnetic technique, it will protect caps not to be destroyed. The capping correctness will be 99%. The opposite caps will be deleted automatically. The capping head is an separate part. Change cap is only need to change capping head, easy for change and operation. The whole machine is made from SUS304, long shelf time.
