General:
This machine is a fully automatic intelligent linear filling machine, which adopts the principle of gravity filling to prevent liquid overflow. The anti-drip filling head ensures the cleanliness of the filling process. Adopt photoelectric sensor, electric pneumatic control. Full-color touch screen man-machine interface, the whole filling process can complete the setting of the filling volume and the number of filling heads through the touch screen on the equipment and automatically fill, and the process basically realizes one-button operation. This machine is used in plastic bottle, glass bottle and some geometric shape bottles, quantitative filling include all Kinds Of Non-Viscous Liquid Filling, such as wine, drink , alcohol, water, antifreeze, urea and other liquids. Made of high-grade stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards.
Main Features:
1. Advanced intelligent operating system: Supported by PLC software, you only need to set the target filling amount on the touch screen to adjust the amount, and the equipment can automatically increase or decrease to reach the target amount. Color touch display, all operations, monitoring, operation instructions and other functions are completed in the touch screen.
2. Stable filling and storage liquid tank replenish liquid function: Adopting the principle of function separation, no replenish liquid is performed during the filling process, and no filling is performed during the replenish liquid process, thus overcoming the instability of simultaneous replenish liquid in floating filling.
3. The function of automatic bottle mouth clamping for small bottles: the machine is equipped with a bottle neck holding device to ensure the synchronization of the bottle mouth and the filling nozzle when filling small volumes (glass bottles, etc.).
4.
