Equipment Overview:
Automatic Bottle Turntable is an intelligent process platform integrating efficient drying, smooth conveying, rhythm buffering, and space optimization. As an indispensable core module in modern high-speed, automated filling production lines, its precision mechanical design and efficient process handling capabilities directly determine the speed, stability, and final product quality of the entire production line.
Typically driven by servo motors, turntables enable stepless speed adjustment and precise positioning. Peripheral guide rails or grooves ensure each bottle remains upright and maintains consistent spacing during high-speed rotation, preventing tipping or collisions. The turntable surface design allows dense, orderly arrangement of numerous bottles (in concentric circles).
This configuration maximizes throughput within limited floor space, significantly boosting production efficiency. The entire turntable is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, featuring smooth surfaces with no sanitary dead zones. This fully complies with the stringent cleanliness and corrosion resistance requirements of the food and beverage industry. The curved transition design also facilitates efficient rinsing and drainage.
