Bottle Sorting Machine Overview:
This machine organizes randomly stacked PET bottles. Disorganized bottles are conveyed by an elevator into the machine's storage ring.
Propelled by the turntable, bottles self-align within the bottle compartments.
Through bottle flipping and guiding mechanisms, bottles are oriented upright with necks upward.
They are then transported via an air-conveying system to the next process.
The main body is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, with other components made from non-toxic, durable materials. Electrical and pneumatic systems incorporate imported components where applicable.
The entire operation is controlled by PLC programming, ensuring low failure rates and high reliability.
