TS38-11H-S Fully Automatic Empty Plastic Bottle Bagging Machine Primarily designed for assembly line users, this equipment is suitable for bagging round and square bottles. It is used for packaging plastic bottles such as HDPE and PET bottles, can be integrated with secondary bottle machines, and represents a successful innovation combining electrical control with mechanical components.
This equipment replaces traditional manual packaging operations, enabling automated production line work. Within the packaging equipment sector, it significantly reduces labor requirements, facilitates enterprises' transition to large-scale production, and crucially minimizes human contact with products, thereby enhancing product hygiene standards.
The equipment features a simple yet practical design, flexible and convenient operation, and a minimal footprint.
The entire machine is primarily divided into: conveying mechanism, bottle-pushing mechanism, bottle-transferring mechanism, bagging cart, electrical cabinet, and control panel cabinet.
Empty bottles are delivered to the bagging machine's infeed conveyor belt, which transports them to the bagging section. There, the bottles undergo bottle-alignment, counting, and staggered arrangement through the bagging machine's corresponding devices to complete bottle positioning.
