LY- 3000CB Intelligent 2 in 1 High Speed Rigid Box Making Machine(within bubble pressing functions)

The LY-3000CB is an intelligent 2-in-1 high-speed rigid box making machine with built-in bubble pressing. Production speed up to 60-70 pcs/min (single side) or 25-35 pairs/min (double side) for normal operation. Suitable for smartphone boxes, cosmetic boxes, jewelry boxes, wine box covers, etc. It adopts servo control and visual positioning system to automatically complete feeding, gluing, positioning, forming, edge wrapping, and bubble pressing. Positioning accuracy ±0.05mm, change-over-time 30 minutes, dual forming stations ensure high output and stable operation.

 

This machine adopts servo control system and visual positioning system to realize automatic completion of paper feeding, gluing, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box forming, edge wrapping, and built-in bubble pressing.

Feeder
  • Feeder is controlled by a servo motor.
  • Paper-feed-in overturn function.
  • Big diameter pneumatic vacuum control valves.
  • The rubber pressure roller for the feeding-in paper.
  • Antistatic platform for paper.
  • The automatic lifting function for feeding stack.
  • Feeding stack auto stop when top paper in position Feeder control by servo motor.
  • Independent controlled paper feeding table and independently controlled sheet roller.
  • Avoid the inconsistency of the length of the paper between the two sheets.

 

Positioning
     
  • Two YAMAHA Robot Arms for spotting the boxes on different paper.
  • Camera with Japanese Lens in 10 million Pixel tracing system.
  • Four Cameras with double robots arms working XY Spool for positioning.

 

Corner pasting

 
  • Adopt none top suction after the box is formed,reduce labor cost for stay Inline.
  • Secure it with a downward-pulling suction, allowing the tray to stable fall onto the conveyor belt.
  • Conveyor belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.
  • Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.

 

Forming Part (within bubble pressing function, no need bubble pressing machine)
  • Automatic setting by servo motors.
  • Dual Station smart wrapper for increased production.
  • With a bubble pressing function, eliminating the need for a separate bubble pressing machine.
  • Virtual cam servo driving system.
  • Alarm device for collision detection.
  • Lift the box by holding the side of the box. 
  • Scratch resistant for the paper.
