LY-400AWK Fully Automatic Surround Frame Production Line is an automatic equipment designed for surround frame, widely used for wine box, tea box, moon cake box and other products with bottom (book style box) and without bottom (rigid box).
The finished product size is 340mm170mm120mm, which can meet the needs of the modern packaging market.
The whole line is composed of double feeding machine, drying part, air absorption conveying line, visual positioning machine, magnet module, forming machine, transfer turning machine and bubble pressing machine.
The feeding, gluing, and conveying systems use well-known servo drives for variable-speed operation, high precision, easy adjustment, and time-saving.
At the same time, there is an online attached magnet mechanism; mechanical folding edge; and wrapping part adopts single-head universal mold, the replacement of products fast, easy to adjust.
