Full Automatic Hot Foiling Stamping Machine is used extensive in all kinds of packaging. It worked for all kinds of packaging paper, such as special paper, art paper, fancy paper and so on.

The dual-channel system handles paper picking and laying, supports simultaneous two-color stamping and sammeld ruck operations. Flat, 3D stamping and embossing can all be realized using interchangeable molds.

This machine integrates front stop, dual side gauges and laser sensors to deliver high-precision positioning within ±0.02mm. It offers a large hot stamping area, with a maximum format of 720mm×460mm.

Fully automatic hot foil stamping is servo-driven, providing a pressure of approximately 4.2T/cm² with stepless adjustment. The offset design between the closing table and pressure table allows for fast and simple plate changes, completed in under 20 minutes.

Four independently controllable temperature zones are provided, adjustable within 60–150°C to accommodate the stamping requirements of various materials.

The conveyor belt features variable-frequency suction control to suit different paper grammages, fulfilling the hot stamping needs of diverse packaging papers. It is widely used for gift boxes, wine boxes, cosmetic boxes, apparel boxes, jewelry boxes and similar products. The minimum applicable paper weight is 80 grams.

Sensors are fitted to detect double feeding or missing paper feeding. Finished stamped sheets are automatically collected by the machine.

CAM-based paper feeding is employed, supporting a maximum stacking height of 300mm and an operating speed of around 15–25 pieces per minute.

The closing table utilizes a jack-up, crankshaft and dual-force linkage mechanism.
