LY-1050C Automatic Linning Machine ( Visual positioning )

  LY-1050C Automatic Linning Machine is specially designed for carton and packaging box production. It is suitable for lining different layers of corrugated paper, cardboard and face paper, widely used in food packaging, gift box, carton and daily packaging industries. This machine features stable operation, high lamination accuracy and simple operation, which effectively improves the bonding quality of paper boards and reduces material waste.

Excel cut consists of following sections:

 

 Feeder
  • Structure of printer’s cam gear. Catching up one piece of paper first and blowing it into the roller, reducing the defective percentage. With the specification of the paper raged from 80g/㎡ to 300g/㎡ , you can enlarge your business scope and increase enterprise profit.
  • Adopted a circulatory system that is suitable for hot & white glue to avoid splashing glue and reduce your clean time, making the machine working stabilized.
  • Adopted a heating system that heating at regular time and constant temperature to avoid waiting time.
  • With blender(beater) inside, which can stir the glue evenly to ensure the same viscosity of the glue on paper and reduce defective percentage caused by inferior glue.
  • The feeder, roller, conveyor belt have their own servo motor and work as a whole with a strong coordination and stability, which can reduce debugging time, enhance productivity and increase enterprise profit.
  • The gluing roller is made of medium carbon steel with its surface covered by 304 stainless steel, making your machine much more durable and very easy to be cleaned, which can help you reduce the maintenance cost.

  • Fully servo Robot Arm for spotting the gray board .
  • Two cameras with Lens in 10million Pixel tracing system
  • Double Camera with XY Spool for positioning.
  • Positioning accuracy in 0.05mm.
  • The material storage area adopts a pre-feeding and secondary positioning mode to guarantee positioning accuracy.

 

 Pallet Feeding & Receiving Platform
  • Robot suck arm able to pick .
  • Whole pallet feeding is adopted, eliminating manual handling and reducing labor costs.
  • The automatic receiving platform is equipped with an automatic stack mechanism to ensure the flatness of paper boards.
