LY- HB3000A Intelligent 2 in 1 Rigid Box Making Machine (within bubble pressing functions)

The LY-HB3000A is an intelligent 2-in-1 high-speed rigid box making machine with an integrated online bubble pressing function. It achieves a production speed of up to 40 pcs/min (for double-sheet operation), positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, and a change-over-time as short as 30 minutes.

 

This machine adopts servo control system and vision positioning system, featuring a 10-megapixel camera tracking system and YAMAHA robot arm for precise gray board positioning. It automatically completes paper feeding, gluing, cardboard feeding, corner pasting, positioning, box forming, edge wrapping, and in-line bubble pressing. With a wide forming range (min. 45×45×15mm, max. 550×400×130mm), collision detection alarm, and scratch-resistant design, the LY-HB3000A offers excellent reliability and ease of operation.

Excel cut consists of following sections:

 

Feeder

  • Paper-feed-in overturn function.
  • Big diameter pneumatic vacuum control valves.
  • The rubber pressure roller for the feeding-in paper.
  • The automatic lifting function for feeding stack.
  • Feeding stack auto stop when top paper in position .
  • Independent controlled paper feeding table and independently controlled sheet roller.
  • Avoid the inconsistency of the length of the paper between the two sheets.

 

Positioning
  • Robot Arm for spotting the box.
  • Camera with in 10 million Pixel tracing system,positioning accuracy can reach 0.05mm.
  • Two Cameras with robots arms working XY Spool for positioning.

 

Corner pasting

 
  • Adopt bottom suction after the box is formed:secure it with a downward-pull suction nozzle, allowing the tray to stable fall onto the conveyor belt.
  • A dual-station belt feeding system simultaneously transports two matching boxes of different sizes to the positioning section.
  • Easy to set up, tape width in 19mm.

 

Forming Part (within online bubble pressing function )
  • Automatic setting by servo motors, it is compatible with different brands of 950mm-high positioning machines.
  • Dual Station smart wrapper for increased production.
  • With a bubble pressing function, eliminating the need for a separate bubble pressing machine.
  • Virtual cam servo driving system.
  • Alarm device for collision detection.
  • Lift the box by holding the side of the box.
  • Scratch resistant for the paper.
  • The minimum forming dimensions is 45*45*15mm.

    The maximum forming dimensions is 550*400*130mm,

    multiple to do big size box without corner pasting machine.
