Pipe threading machines remain essential equipment in plumbing, construction and industrial installation. | Step | Instruction |

| 1. Prepare the pipe | Cut the pipe to the required length, remove burrs from both ends and wipe away any debris or oil. |
| 2. Select the correct dies | Choose BSPT or NPT dies that match the pipe diameter and the required thread standard. |
| 3. Install the die head | Mount the quick-open die head (1/2-3/4 inch, 1-2 inch) or self-open die head (2 1/2-4 inch) and lock it securely. |
| 4. Clamp the pipe | Place the pipe on the support, center it with the threading head and tighten the clamp firmly. |
| 5. Apply cutting oil | Apply cutting oil to the dies and the pipe end to reduce friction and heat during threading. |
| 6. Set the speed | Select the appropriate speed (12, 22 or 38 RPM) according to the pipe size and material. |
| 7. Start threading | Switch on the motor, engage the die head and apply steady pressure until the desired thread length is reached. |
| 8. Finish and inspect | Disengage the die head, switch off the machine, remove the threaded pipe and check the thread quality. |
