This single point load cell stands out for its high side load tolerance and precision, making it a reliable choice for systems that experience off‑center loads. Cable length and protection class can be customized to meet specific installation needs.
The WL-112 single point load cell features a rated output of 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance of ±2%mV/V, and insulation resistance ≥5000MΩ at 100VDC. Its nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm, ensuring minimal deflection under load. Recommended excitation ranges from 5 to 15 VDC. This single point load cell is compatible with most standard weighing indicators and transmitters.
With a combined error of only 0.017%F.S., non‑linearity of 0.015%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S., this single point load cell offers performance typically found in higher‑capacity sensors. Such accuracy levels allow the single point load cell to be used in checkweighers and filling machines where even minor deviations cannot be tolerated.
Standard IP65 protection makes the WL-112 single point load cell suitable for dusty and washdown environments, with optional higher ratings available. It operates reliably from -20°C to 60°C. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 400mm, extendable upon request. This single point load cell also tolerates 150% safe overload without permanent damage.
