Covering a range from 0.3kg to 5kg, this single point load cell combines a compact footprint with exceptional side load tolerance. What sets this single point load cell apart is its high tolerance to side loads – a common issue in conveyor scales and filling platforms. Even when the load is not perfectly centered, the WL-112 maintains accuracy thanks to its robust mechanical design. This single point load cell reduces measurement errors caused by off‑center placement, a frequent problem in high‑speed packaging lines.
The WL-112 single point load cell offers a rated output of 2.0±10%mV/V and zero balance of ±2%mV/V. Insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ at 100VDC, and nominal displacement stays below 0.4mm. Recommended excitation is 5~15 VDC. This single point load cell is constructed from aluminum alloy, ensuring both strength and light weight.
With combined error of 0.017%F.S., non‑linearity of 0.015%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S., the WL-112 delivers consistent results batch after batch. The IP65 protection (customizable to higher ratings) allows this single point load cell to operate in dusty or wet environments. Operating temperature range is -20°C to 60°C, and safe overload is 150%F.S.
