Features & Applications
The WL-127 is a shear beam load cell manufactured from stainless steel, designed for capacities ranging from 0.11t to 4.4t. This shear beam load cell features integrated overload protection and is hermetically encapsulated to achieve IP68 and IP69K protection levels. It is optimized for parallel connection, making it ideal for ultrathin electronic truck scales, single-track crane scales, hopper scales, as well as weighing modules for tank scales, batching scales, and other industrial weighing systems. Custom cable lengths and other options are available.
This shear beam load cell delivers a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S. Rated output is 1.94±0.1mV/V, zero balance is ±2%F.S., and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. With recommended excitation of 5~15 VDC, this sensor provides exceptional accuracy and reliability even in harsh environments.
The WL-127 offers IP68 protection as standard, with customizable IP69K ratings for high-pressure washdown. It operates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C. Standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 1500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The integrated overload protection prevents damage from unexpected load spikes, while stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance for demanding applications.
