7BBL 2 Vessel Brewhouse Heated By Steam For Beer Brewing Process
Two body-three vessel brewhouse is a little special structure in microbrewery, which consists of a combined vessel of mash/lauter tun on top and whirlpool tun or hot liquor tank on bottom, and another vessel of brew kettle. This kind structure is suitable for those who want to lauter wort by gravity without grant, do fly sparge, save budget or save floor area etc.. It can be placed in restaurants, pub, bars, hotels or independent brewing room, which is common and popular in some European countries. If the budget and space is allowed, the typical mash/lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tun+hot liquor tun is still recommended as it is easier to understand and operate.
