We understand the daily operations of brick factories: raw material moisture varies daily, clay strips have inconsistent hardness, equipment needs to run continuously for many hours, and maintenance must be quick and spare parts readily available. Our product was born to meet these realities.

1. Reliable and Durable, Withstanding Hardship
Body: The main beam is constructed from national standard H-beams, welded as a single unit with internal reinforcing ribs, ensuring a robust structure that remains undeformed and weld-free even under long-term high-speed operation.
Core Components: The cutting arm's rotating shaft uses 45# steel with heat treatment, making it more wear-resistant than ordinary shafts; all bearings are heavy-duty types from Harbin Bearing Group or Wafangdian Bearing Group, with sealed dustproof features.
High Adaptability: Whether handling soft, wet mud in the humid south or hard materials mixed with coal gangue in the north, the equipment can quickly adjust the cutting force and frequency via handwheel or control panel, ensuring stable cutting without blade jamming or bending.
 
2. Labor-Saving and Instantly Efficient
Completely Eliminate Manual Wire Pulling: Only one operator is needed at the control panel; the equipment automatically completes the entire process of synchronization, cutting, and resetting. The cutting section that previously required 3-4 people can now be handled by just one person.
Adjustable cutting speed: The cutting speed can be steplessly adjusted from 15-35 cuts per minute, depending on the extruder speed and the condition of the clay strip, perfectly matching the production line rhythm and easily increasing daily output by over 40%.
Simple specification change: When changing brick types, simply replace the corresponding width of the wire frame (modular design, fixed with two bolts), and adjust the cutting width using a ruler. The switch can be completed within 20 minutes.
 
3. Neat cuts, reduced waste: Simultaneous dual-wire cutting 
Utilizing two high-tensile manganese steel wires moving simultaneously and in the same direction, the cut surface is smooth as a mirror, with distinct corners, no burrs, and no bevels. The brick blank qualification rate is significantly improved, and the scrap rate due to uneven cutting can be reduced to below 1%.
Wire tension self-locking: A unique ratchet wrench tensioning mechanism ensures that the wire remains taut throughout the entire operation, preventing loosening due to temperature changes or prolonged operation, guaranteeing consistent force with each cut.
 
4. Simple Maintenance, No Production Interruption
Centralized Lubrication Points: All points requiring regular grease or oiling are concentrated on one side of the machine and clearly marked, allowing maintenance workers to complete a full line of maintenance in just 10 minutes.
Quick Troubleshooting of Common Faults: We provide a maintenance manual with photos of the parts and explanations in the local dialect. Common maintenance tasks like replacing steel wires and adjusting limit switches can be completed by a mechanic after reading the manual once.
