Product Description:

Brick factory multi-bucket excavators, also known as multi-bucket excavators or chain bucket miners, are specialized continuous mining equipment used in the brick and tile manufacturing industry to extract clay, shale, gangue, and other brick-making raw materials. They revolutionize the traditional excavator + loader + crusher operation model, which is energy-intensive, labor-intensive, and inefficient. They enable integrated, continuous, and automated mining and transportation from the raw material field to the production floor. They are core equipment for modern brick factories, reducing production costs and improving raw material quality consistency.

1. Extremely High Production Efficiency
Continuous, uninterrupted operation allows a single machine to produce 50-300 cubic meters per hour (depending on the model), far exceeding traditional equipment combinations and capable of meeting the raw material needs of large-scale production lines.

Low Labor Costs: Requires only one or two operators, replacing multiple excavators, loaders, and numerous drivers.

Automated interlocking control with upstream material yard management and downstream crushing and feeding equipment enables "one-button start and stop" and fully automated production.
The operator works in a closed cab, away from the mining surface, avoiding safety risks such as landslides and falling rocks, significantly improving the working environment.
