The Round Roller Sieve for brick factories is a screening equipment specially designed for brick and tile production. Its core function is to classify raw materials (such as clay, shale, gangue, etc.) to ensure that the particle uniformity meets the requirements of the brick-making process.
The Round Roller Sieve usually adopts a drum-type screening structure. The motor drives the circular screen drum to rotate through a reducer. After the materials enter from the feed inlet, they roll under the action of centrifugal force and gravity generated by rotation inside the drum. Particles smaller than the screen holes fall through the screen mesh, while coarse particles are discharged along the axial direction of the inclined drum. Some models are equipped with built-in screen cleaning devices (such as elastic balls or steel brushes), which can effectively prevent wet materials from blocking the screen holes.
