Its core function is to precisely cut the continuously extruded clay column, which has a specific cross-sectional shape, into individual green bricks or tiles of a preset, uniform length.

The brick cutting machine primarily operates on the principle of "cutting the clay column with wires during synchronized movement":
1. Clay Column Extrusion: The vacuum extruder compacts and forces the mixed clay mixture into a dense column, continuously extruding it through the die.
2. Synchronized Tracking: When the clay column reaches the predetermined length, the cutting mechanism (a frame equipped with wires) of the cutting machine activates. The cutting frame accelerates to match the forward speed of the clay column, achieving "synchronized movement."
3. Precise Cutting: While moving synchronously, the wire(s) on the cutting frame swiftly moves laterally across the clay column, cutting it. Because of the synchronized movement, the cut end face is smooth and undistorted.
4. Return and Wait: After the cut is complete, the cutting frame quickly lifts and returns to its initial position, awaiting the next cutting signal.
