The box feeder is a continuous feeding device that integrates material storage, buffering, and quantitative conveying. It is primarily used to solve the problem of uniform feeding of bulk materials and is widely applicable to multiple industrial fields such as mining, building materials, brick and tile, chemical, and coal. After the equipment starts, the drive motor drives the conveyor belt or chain plate to rotate at a constant speed via the reducer. The material enters the storage box through the feed inlet, forming a stable material layer inside the box, avoiding the impact of material fluctuations on feeding accuracy. By adjusting the gate opening, the material layer thickness can be precisely controlled. Combined with the frequency conversion speed regulation function, the conveying speed can be flexibly adjusted, ultimately achieving continuous, uniform, and quantitative feeding within the range of 0.6–80 m³/h. At the same time, the material feeding device works synchronously to crush soft, large pieces of material, ensuring that the material is evenly distributed on the conveying components and efficiently transported to subsequent equipment. It can also realize the proportional mixing of mud and internal combustion materials to meet different production ratio requirements.
Compared to traditional feeding equipment, this product has both storage and feeding functions, eliminating the need for additional storage devices and saving space and costs; the dual adjustment mechanism ensures higher feeding accuracy and adapts to different production capacity requirements; the enclosed design is more environmentally friendly, wear-resistant parts extend service life, and maintenance costs are lower, meeting the needs of long-term continuous production and providing a reliable guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of industrial production lines.
Widely used in industries such as brick and tile factories, ceramsite factories, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal processing, and building materials production, as a front-end feeding device in the production line, it is mainly used to provide continuous and uniform material supply to subsequent equipment such as crushers, mixers, extruders, and conveyors.
