Product Description:

The box feeder achieves precise control of material flow by adjusting the gate height and conveyor belt speed. This equipment is particularly suitable for processing viscous materials with high moisture content, such as clay, fly ash, shale, and coal gangue, and is widely used in the production of sintered bricks and tiles, and ceramsite.
 
Its box volume can reach 25-60 m³, allowing for the storage of sufficient raw materials to ensure continuous operation. The equipment has a simple and reliable structure, is easy to operate and maintain, and is a highly cost-effective auxiliary device in the production line.

-Uniform and Stable Feeding: Dual control via gate and frequency conversion speed regulation provides a wide range of feed rate adjustment, ensuring uniform feeding to subsequent equipment and improving finished product quality.
-High Adaptability: Capable of conveying viscous materials with a moisture content up to 20%, effectively solving material sticking and clogging problems compared to disc feeders or vibrating feeders.

Applications:

1. Brick and Tile Industry: Handles raw materials such as clay, shale, and coal gangue, feeding them evenly into mixers or extruders, and enabling the proportional blending of internally combusted pulverized coal. The quality of the box-type feeder directly affects the working efficiency of subsequent equipment such as crushers, mixers, and vacuum extruders.
2. Expanded Ceramsite/Lightweight Aggregate Industry: Conveys raw materials such as fly ash and sludge, ensuring accurate batching; it is a commonly used piece of equipment in expanded ceramsite production lines.
3. Other Industries: Used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal mining, and other fields for conveying bulk granular materials or powders.

Structure and Working Principle:

-Structural Composition: The equipment mainly consists of a housing (hopper), conveying device (belt or chain), gate adjustment device, material feeding device, drive unit (motor, reducer), and frame.
 
-Working Principle: The motor drives the drive roller through the reducer, which in turn drives the conveyor belt or chain in a cyclical motion. Material enters the housing from the top and accumulates on the conveying device. Precise feeding is achieved through the following dual adjustments:
1. Gate height adjustment: controls the material layer thickness.
2. Conveying speed adjustment: controls the material flow rate.
 
For wet, sticky materials prone to bridging, the equipment's material feeding device (rotary cutter or feeding bar) actively breaks up loose, muddy materials, preventing bridging and ensuring smooth material flow.
