Product Description:

The double crusher (also known as a twin roll crusher) is a key crushing equipment in brick and tile production lines. Located after primary crushing equipment (such as jaw crushers), it is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of raw materials such as shale, coal gangue, clay, and limestone.
 
This equipment utilizes two opposing rotating rollers to crush materials to the required particle size through low-speed extrusion, ensuring that the raw material particles are ≤2-3mm. This provides qualified fine feedstock for subsequent mixing and extrusion molding, playing a crucial role in improving brick quality and yield.

Features:

-Uniform and controllable output particle size: The gap between the two rollers can be precisely adjusted (1-30mm), resulting in stable finished particle size and low over-crushing rate.
-Suitable for wet and sticky materials: Low-speed operation; the roller surface structure is reasonably designed, making it less prone to clogging when processing raw materials with high moisture content such as coal gangue and shale.
-Smooth and low-noise operation: Utilizes a low-speed extrusion crushing method, resulting in low vibration and noise, and a friendly working environment.
-Low power consumption: Compared with other crushing methods, it has lower unit energy consumption and significant energy-saving effect.
-Easy maintenance: Simple structure; the roller surface can be repaired by welding or the wear-resistant liner can be replaced, resulting in low maintenance costs.
-Sealed and dustproof: Equipped with an internal dustproof plate, providing good sealing performance, reducing dust, and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Description This Fired Clay Brick Making Machine is suitable for producing bricks with materials like refractory wool, refractory fiber, and refractory ceramic fiber insulation, ensuring high-quality and durable bricks.

Applications:

Raw materials for brick making include shale, clay, coal gangue, limestone, and fly ash.
Suitable for brittle materials with a compressive strength ≤160MPa and moisture content ≤35%.

Structure:

The double roll crusher mainly consists of the following parts:
Rollers: Two crushing rolls rotating in opposite directions, with surfaces made of wear-resistant material.
Bearing Housings: Fixed roll bearing housings and movable roll bearing housings (movable along the frame).
Adjusting Device: Wedge-shaped or shim-type, used to adjust the gap between the two rolls.
Safety Spring/Hydraulic Device: Overload protection; the movable roll retracts when encountering a hard object.
Drive Unit: Motor, reducer/V-belt drive.
Frame: Supports the overall structure.
