It is especially suitable for materials with high moisture content and high viscosity, such as shale, coal gangue, and clay in brick plants. 1. Balanced Feeding, Improved Brick Forming Effect
Equipped with an adjustable gate and picking teeth roller, the feeder precisely controls material output, avoiding feeding interruptions or sudden surges. This ensures uniform particle size of the mixture, thereby enhancing the density consistency of extruded bricks.
2. Designed for High-Moisture & Sticky Materials
For clay, wet fly ash, coal gangue, and other materials that tend to adhere and block, the inner surface of the box is treated with anti-sticking measures. The picking teeth are made of wear-resistant alloy steel, which reduces material build-up and significantly extends cleaning intervals.
3. Robust Construction for Harsh Operating Conditions
The box is welded from thickened steel plates, with stiffeners added at key stress points. Bearings are externally mounted to effectively isolate dust. The picking teeth can be individually removed and replaced, lowering long-term operating and maintenance costs.
