JKY70/70Y-40 double-stage vacuum extruder is a large-scale brick making host machine with high stability and low failure rate, designed for non-stop mass production brick factories. With constant allowable pressure of 4.0MPa and stable vacuum degree ≤ -0.092MPa, this machine adopts 160KW upper motor and 400KW lower motor, achieving an output of 35,000 to 45,000 standard bricks per hour. It has strong raw material compatibility, suitable for soft clay, hard shale and mixed industrial waste residue. After uniform kneading and vacuum degassing, the green bricks own high density and good toughness, avoiding deformation and cracking during drying and firing.
- Low Air Content Molding: Constant negative pressure system ensures low air content inside mud, making bricks free of trachoma and delamination.
- 4.0MPa Constant Extrusion Pressure: Tighten mud molecular structure to obtain smooth mud column and high brick qualification rate.
- Optimized Power Distribution: 160+400KW graded power output ensures thorough mixing and powerful extrusion.
- Alloy Forged Wear Parts: High wear resistance, service life 2-3 times longer than ordinary materials.
- Low-failure Transmission System: Hardened gear reducer ensures low noise and stable long-term operation.
