JKY70/70Y-40 double stage vacuum extruder is a heavy-duty brick making machine specially developed for large-scale brick production lines. It adopts an allowable working pressure of 4.0MPa and a stable vacuum degree ≤ -0.092MPa. Equipped with 160KW upper mixing motor and 400KW lower extrusion motor, the machine achieves an hourly output of 35,000 to 45,000 standard bricks. It is compatible with clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash and other industrial solid waste materials. This two-stage extruder realizes mud mixing, kneading and high-pressure vacuum extrusion, ensuring high compactness and regular shape of green bricks. It is the core main equipment for modern environmental brick factories.
- Stable High Vacuum Performance: The vacuum degree keeps ≤ -0.092MPa, thoroughly removing air bubbles to avoid brick delamination, cracks and air holes.
- 4.0MPa Rated Extrusion Pressure: Strong extrusion capacity for hard and complex raw materials, ensuring dense mud column and high brick strength.
- High Power Configuration: 160+400KW dual motors provide sufficient power for heavy-load continuous production.
- High-chromium Wear-resistant Parts: Augers, liners and heads are made of high-chromium alloy to extend service life and reduce maintenance cost.
- Thickened Steel Body: Reinforced welded structure ensures stable operation without deformation under long-time working conditions.
Suitable for fired red bricks, clay bricks, shale bricks, coal gangue bricks, fly ash bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks and special-shaped paving bricks. Widely used in large-scale automatic brick plants and solid waste recycling production lines.
