Working Principle:

After being mixed, the clay enters the upper feeding box → the upper spiral mixer kneads, compresses and pushes it to the vacuum chamber → **vacuum pump draws a vacuum (high negative pressure) to remove air bubbles from the inside of the clay** → the degassed clay falls into the lower extrusion cylinder → the lower spiral pressurizes it under high pressure, extruding dense and continuous clay strips from the die outlet → the clay strips are transported to the brick cutter to be cut into standard wet brick blanks, which then enter the next process.
