Two motors drive two sets of crushing rollers to rotate in opposite directions. Material enters the double-roller crushing chamber from the top feed inlet, and is drawn into the roller gap by the friction of the roller surfaces. Crushing is completed under the combined action of compression, shearing, and grinding. After crushing, the material is discharged directly from below the rollers by gravity, without a screen plate structure. The output particle size can be changed by adjusting the gap between the two rollers. When uncrushable hard objects enter the crushing chamber, a protective mechanism pushes the movable roller back to discharge the hard objects and prevent equipment damage.
