The Frame Stacking Machine is automated equipment in the sintered brick production line. It connects with the brick cutting machine to automatically separate, clamp, and transfer the formed wet brick blanks, and stack them onto the kiln car according to the process staggered joints. It is compatible with tunnel kilns, mobile tunnel kilns, and rotary kilns, and replaces manual brick stacking to realize full automation of brick making and brick stacking.

The brick cutting machine cuts out brick blanks and transports them to the receiving station → the brick splitting mechanism completes the splitting → the clamping plate descends and clamps the whole set of brick blanks → the machine is lifted and moved to the top of the kiln car → the clamping plate rotates 90° to achieve cross-staggered stacking → the brick blanks are lowered and released, and the clamping plate is released and returns to the receiving position; the process is repeated layer by layer to automatically complete the brick stacking operation of the entire kiln car.
