The plate feeder is a feeding device in the brick and tile raw material processing section. It is installed below the silo and continuously and evenly conveys large, moist, sticky raw materials such as shale, coal gangue, clay, and construction waste to the crusher and screening equipment. It stabilizes the feed flow of the entire brick production line, avoids material blockage and empty material in the crusher, and ensures the stable operation of subsequent crushing, screening, and mixing processes.

The raw materials in the hopper are pressed onto the chain plate. The variable frequency motor drives the drive sprocket through the reducer, which drives the closed traction chain to rotate in a cycle. The chain plate carries the material forward at a uniform speed. By adjusting the speed of the variable frequency motor, the running speed of the chain plate can be changed to adjust the feeding amount. The material is evenly fed into the downstream crusher or screening equipment to complete the continuous quantitative feeding operation.
