The fully automatic unloading and packing system is designed to unload fired bricks directly from kiln cars, process them through a layer-separation and regrouping system, and complete automatic strapping and packing. The entire process operates automatically, significantly reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency. This system can also unload bricks from kiln cars and load them directly onto shipping trucks without pallet, providing flexible operation to meet different logistics requirements.
Unloading from Kiln Car: The system automatically removes finished brick stacks from kiln cars using multi-head mechanical grippers or industrial robots. Synchronized movement of multiple clamping heads enables precise gripping and unloading of several stacks at once.
Layer Separation & Regrouping (Gap Elimination): After unloading, the bricks pass through a layer-separation and regrouping system. Bricks are de-stacked in layers and reorganized to eliminate gaps between bricks, creating a dense, stable stack suitable for strapping.
Strapping and Packing: The regrouped brick stacks proceed to the strapping station, where horizontal and/or vertical high-strength straps are applied to secure the stack for transport and storage.
Output Options: After strapping, the finished packs can be conveyed to the warehouse or directly loaded onto trucks for shipment.
