Our BSR ribbon powder blender can not only mix the powder or particles with good fluidity, but also the materials with not good fluidity, such as the material with a little water, sugary or a little sticky.It is widely applied in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Working method:
The ribbon mixer is mainly composed of mixing barrel, agitator and driven unit. The double twisted belt rotates together with the main shaft in the U-shaped barrel. The outer screw belt pushes the material to the center from both ends, and the inner screw belt pushes the material to the center from the center to both ends. In this way, the material consistency is achieved. The discharge outlet is set at the bottom center, and the material can be completely discharged with the help of the external color band.
1. Under the feasibility factor, the mixing effect of the horizontal ribbon mixer is not affected by the size and density of the particles, and also has a good mixing effect on the viscous materials.
2. The smooth mixing process reduces the damage to the fragile material, and the structure of the flying knife also acts as a crusher.
3. The horizontal structure is lower in height and easy to install.
4. In the stirring structure, the forward and reverse rotating screws are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low-dynamic and high-efficiency mixed environment.
