Circular maize powder sifter machine wheat rice corn flour vibrating screen
BSST sifting machine is a high performance round vibratory separator designed to improve products quality. It is used to sieve particles or powder. This sifting machine is highly used in industrial screener grading applications in numerous industries, such as food, metallurgy, ceramic, chemical, pharmaceutical, powder coatings and others.
It consists of vertical vibration motor, screen base, mesh frame, screening chamber and rubber vibration ring and so on.This machine can be used either for single layer or multi-layer grading.
Working method:
Its vertical motor, which is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the track of rotation in to horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weight can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.

1) High Efficiency, exquisite design and durability, any powder and mucus can be screened.
2) Easy to change the screeen, easy to operate, easy to clean.
3) The mesh is not blocked, the powder is not flying.
4) Impurities and coarse materials are automatically discharged and can be operated continuously.
5) Unique grid design, the screen is used for a long time, and it takes only 3-5 minutes to change the screen.
