BS cryogenic pulverizer uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium. When the crushed material reaches the brittle crushing state, it enters the mechanical crushing chamber, and the impact and collision, shearing and crushing are repeated by the high-speed rotation of the blades and gears to achieve the best crushing effect. The pulverized material is classified and collected by an air flow classifier. If the fineness of the material does not meet the requirements, return to the silo to continue grinding. Most of the liquid nitrogen can be recycled.
Working method:
This machine uses liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium. The pulverized material is cooled and brittle at low temperature. It is easily pulverized after entering the pulverizer cavity through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the material and the blade plate. Repeated impact, shear, collision, friction, etc., to achieve the effect of breaking. The crushed materials are collected by air classifiers. The materials that do not meet the fineness requirements are returned to the bins to continue crushing. Most of the cold air is returned to the bins for recycling.
Main features:
1. Compared with normal grinding, the best aroma and strength are retained. In ordinary grinding, about 15-43% of the essential oil is lost, while the low-temperature grinding has the smallest loss (about 3-10%).
2. High grinding fineness, low energy consumption, output is 2-3 times that of normal grinding.
3. Adjust the optimal crushing temperature according to the temperature of the material embrittlement point.
4. Material explosion-proof, anti-oxidation, etc.
5. Stable processing without failure.
