Our BSG self-absorb grinding set contains host machine,auxiliary machine, transmission pipe,electrical control device,feeding device. Auxiliary machine contains cyclone with bag dust collector and wind closer; The host machine is installed with active crushing disc device, the direction of hammer can be changed. Besides crushing, it has the function of classifying, Winnowing type centrifugal shear and the size of granules can be controlled. After being crushed, the material will be sent to wind closer outlet by negative pressure. It is an idea equipment in lines of food, pharmacy, chemical,etc.
Working method:
Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process.
Main Features:
1.The machine has a independent Impeller system, which can produce a strong air-flow to suck the powder out from the grinding chamber in time, and also takes the heat out at same time, so that the characteristic of the product won’t be changed by the heat.
2.Due to the strong air-flow caused during the grinding process, the air-flow in the grinding chamber blows the fine powder out timely (the final powder's size is adjustable by changing the sieve’s size). Thus, the final powder won't stay in the grinding chamber for a long time, which avoid the powder blocking situation inside the chamber. In the meantime, it increases the production capacity.
3.The discharging part is equipped with a sealed rotary discharging device, it can make the discharging process be much more smooth/even, makes sure there is no powder-flying situation during the production.
